24 hat packages have two color choices

32 hat packages can have three color choices. 

- as long as the logo is the same for all colors.- 

*you can add secondary color threads in the additional details section*

Stitch size for hats are 2 - 2.5" high (max) 

package includes NO setup fee + digitizing for logos that have up to 10k stitches or less (max) 

- If the design provided requires MORE than 10k stitches -

The customer will be subject to the additional stitch count charges. Suppose the customer requests a refund due to the extra fee required. In that case, the customer will retain a $50.00 processing fee for the design digitizing and mock-up already completed. The refund will be issued as a store credit. 

If the hat color you selected is out of stock, we will complete the order using the closest compatible color match. 

We recommend that you stick with Primary for best assurances OR send an email to verify that the desired color is in stock before placing your order.

Any/ every package order placed will receive a mock-up showing the product purchased. Your design will be emailed within 1 - 4 business days AFTER the order is placed. Your order is NOT placed on the production calendar until this mock-up is approved. 

Any delays in approving mock-ups will result in delays in receiving your order, as turnaround times do not begin until the customer approves mock-ups to ensure the order is completed to the expectations. 

We will NOT start production until mock-ups are approved.
