Any/ every package order placed will receive a mock-up showing the product purchased. Your design will be emailed within 1 - 4 business days AFTER the order is placed. Your order is NOT placed on the production calendar until this mock-up is approved. 

Any delays in approving mock-ups will result in delays in receiving your order, as turnaround times do not begin until the customer approves mock-ups to ensure the order is completed to the expectations. 

We will NOT start production until mock-ups are approved.
