All Content MUST be Typed and Emailed. When designing, we copy and paste text straight from the email provided any grammar errors, or if the text is in capital letters and has to be edited, this will be a required $40 fee.

Please give our design team 2-4 business days to complete the project. The Printing process will not begin until payment is paid in full. Please allow  3-5 business days for printing after Customer approves the design. Shipping may vary. If for any reason, the project exceeds the customer turnaround time, the Customer shall be notified. Under no circumstances will we be held responsible for delayed production of a project due to non-payment.

There Will Be No Refunds Once our designers Have Started Planning, Creating A Layout Or Options For A Product. There are no exceptions. Please understand that no refund can be given after the project starts /or labor has begun.
